Product Features:
Matching Thermoelectric Properties: Within the compensation temperature range of 0-100℃, the thermoelectric potential deviation meets the standard grade (±3℃) or precision grade (±1.5℃), consistent with the characteristics of Type K thermocouples.
Low Material Cost: The positive electrode uses copper (Cu) and the negative electrode uses copper-nickel alloy (constantan). There is no need for thermocouple-specific alloys, so the cost is lower than that of KX compensation cables of the same specification.
Basic Environmental Adaptability: The insulation and sheath are mostly made of PVC, PE, or FEP, with temperature resistance ranging from -40℃ to 200℃. They can meet the dust-proof and moisture-proof needs of conventional industrial environments but are not suitable for high-temperature or strong-corrosion scenarios.

Application Scenarios:
Temperature signal transmission of Type K thermocouples in small and medium-sized heating furnaces and food drying ovens (with cold junctions in normal-temperature control rooms);
Temperature detection in household electric ovens and constant-temperature boxes;
Short-distance (≤100 meters) connection between Type K thermocouples and on-site digital display instruments.
