Super Tensile Structure: Integrates 2-4 high-strength galvanized soft steel wire reinforcements on the basis of TVVB. The tensile strength of a single steel wire is ≥10kN, which can withstand the self-weight tension of a free suspension length of more than 100 meters, solving the problem of conductor breakage caused by the sagging of high-rise elevator cables.
Wear Resistance Upgrade: The sheath is made of cold-resistant and wear-resistant nitrile PVC elastomer material, with a Shore hardness of ≥85A. It passes 100,000 friction tests (with a load of 5N) without obvious wear, and can resist long-term scratches from guide rails and metal brackets in the elevator shaft.
Wide Scene Adaptability: Optimized design for different elevator parameters: the straight-line arrangement structure is suitable for elevators with a suspension length of more than 35m and an operating speed of more than 1.6m/s; the plum-blossom arrangement structure can meet the needs of high-speed elevators with a suspension length of more than 80m and a speed of 4-10m/s.

Application Scenarios:
Mid-to-High-Rise Residential / Office Building Elevators: For buildings with 20-30 floors, with an elevator operating speed of 1.6-2.5m/s. Used for traveling power transmission (such as the main power supply of the car and auxiliary power supply of the traction machine). The steel wire reinforcement can withstand the suspension self-weight of 50-100 meters, avoiding cable breakage due to sagging.
High-Speed Elevator Shaft Wiring: For elevators with an operating speed of ≥2.5m/s, used for power connection between the traveling frame and the car. The wear-resistant sheath resists high-frequency friction with guide rails.
Outdoor Elevators / Observation Elevators: For long-distance suspension in open-air environments, such as scenic spot observation elevators and outdoor escalators in shopping malls. The steel wire reinforcement resists wind and rain impact, and the PVC sheath is resistant to UV aging.
