Product Features:
Adaptability of Flat Structure: Adopts a flat design with cores arranged in a parallel straight line, perfectly fitting the narrow space of the elevator shaft’s traveling frame. It avoids winding and jamming with guide rails and the car during operation, improving installation efficiency.
Flexible and Durable Material: The conductor uses multi-strand ultra-fine finely stranded oxygen-free copper wires (complying with VDE0295 CLASS 5 standards), with a bending radius as low as 10 times the cable thickness. It remains flexible even in a low-temperature environment of -15℃, adapting to the high-frequency up-and-down reciprocating movement of the elevator car. The service life can reach more than 8 years under normal working conditions.
Safety and Compliance Assurance: Both the insulation and sheath are made of flame-retardant PVC materials, passing the IEC 60332-1-2 flame retardant certification. Under a rated voltage of 300/500V, the insulation resistance is ≥100MΩ・km, and it can withstand a 2000V voltage test for 1 minute without breakdown. It fully complies with GB5023.6 and IEC60227-6 standards.

Application Scenarios:
Low-Rise Residential Elevators: For small high-rises with 10 floors or less, used for basic power supply such as car lighting, ventilation fans, and floor indicator lights. For example, it connects the mains link between the machine room control cabinet and the car, requiring no complex signal transmission.
Freight Elevators / Service Elevators: Transmits simple control signals (such as lift button commands and freight elevator overload alarm signals), adapting to low-speed (≤1m/s) and low-frequency use scenarios, with cost-effectiveness as a priority.
Temporary Elevator Wiring: Used for temporary power supply or signal testing during the installation and commissioning phase, requiring no long-term bending resistance and anti-interference performance.
