The main wires undertake charging or energy storage power supply, while the auxiliary wires are dedicated to grounding protection or status monitoring, eliminating the need for additional wiring. It complies with new energy cable standards such as EN 50620 and IEC 62893.
Comprehensive Environmental Resistance: Insulation and sheaths mostly use weather-resistant materials such as TPE, XLPO, FEP, and TPU, with a high and low temperature resistance range of -40℃~105℃. They can withstand sunlight, rain, and snow for outdoor charging piles and closed high temperatures in indoor energy storage cabinets. Meanwhile, they have oil resistance and hydrolysis resistance, adapting to complex industrial environments.
Compliant Safety Performance: Passes vertical flame propagation tests (e.g., UL VW-1). Some models adopt a low-smoke halogen-free formula with an oxygen index ≥30%, producing low-toxicity smoke when exposed to fire. Additionally, the insulation layer has low dielectric loss, with an insulation resistance ≥100MΩ・km at 20℃, ensuring electrical safety during charging and energy storage.
