The bending radius can be as low as 3-6 times the cable outer diameter, withstanding vibrations during vehicle driving and frequent cable bending, preventing conductor breakage.
Excellent Temperature Resistance and Electrical Performance: Insulation and sheaths mostly use XLPE materials, with a rated temperature of 125-150℃ and short-term tolerance to high temperatures of 150℃, adapting to high-temperature environments near batteries and motors of new energy vehicles. The rated voltage covers 600V DC-1500V AC, with high dielectric strength, and can withstand a 5-minute voltage withstand test of 5kVA without breakdown.
Strong Environmental Adaptability: Has oil resistance, acid-alkali resistance, and ozone resistance, capable of withstanding erosion from chemical media such as automotive hydraulic oil and brake fluid.
