Product Features:
Conductor: Usually made of multi-strand ultra-fine finely stranded oxygen-free copper wires, complying with VDE0295 CLASS 6 standards, with good electrical conductivity and flexibility.
Insulation: Generally uses special mixed PVC insulation materials; some models also adopt nitrile mixed elastic materials or TPE mixtures, featuring excellent insulation and mechanical properties.
Sheath: Common options include specially modified PVC or nitrile composite sheaths; PUR and other materials are also available upon customer request. Sheath colors include black, gray, orange, etc.
High Flexibility and Bending Resistance: TRVV cables have excellent flexibility and bending resistance, with a designed bending service life of ≥5 million times. They can maintain good performance during frequent bending movements, suitable for continuous reciprocating mobile bending installation in towline systems.
Excellent Wear Resistance: Both PVC sheaths and other sheaths (e.g., PUR) have good wear resistance, which can resist friction with other objects during movement and extend the cable service life.
Adaptability to Multiple Environments: Features cold resistance, oil resistance, and UV resistance. It can work normally in a temperature range of -30℃ to +90℃, suitable for dry or humid indoor environments, and performs well in frequent bending occasions in industrial use environments.
Stable Electrical Performance: Has good insulation performance to effectively prevent leakage. The rated voltage is generally 300/300V for cross-sections ≤0.5mm², and 300/500V for cross-sections ＞0.5mm², with a test voltage of up to 2000V or more.

Product Applications:Suitable for dry or humid indoor environments, often used for power transmission in equipment such as CNC machine tools and packaging machines. For example, in CNC machine tools, TRVV cables can be used as power cables to provide stable power supply for various moving parts of the machine tool, meeting the requirements of frequent movement and bending during the machining process.
