Flat Structure Adapted to Towlines: Cores are arranged in parallel, reducing the overall thickness of the cable. It can be tightly embedded in the towline slot, reducing friction and jamming with other components, saving space inside the towline, and avoiding winding and knotting.
High Flexibility, Bending Resistance and Durability: The conductor uses multi-strand ultra-fine finely stranded oxygen-free copper wires (complying with IEC 60228 Class 6 standards), with a bending radius as low as 7.5-10 times the cable outer diameter. It can withstand more than 5 million reciprocating bends, ensuring a long service life in dynamic scenarios.
Strong Environmental Adaptability: The insulation and sheath are made of specially modified PVC or nitrile composite materials, with a temperature resistance range of -30℃~105℃. They have excellent oil resistance and wear resistance, and can resist erosion by cutting fluid and lubricating oil in workshops.
