PUR Sheath Special Effect: Uses the same imported weather-resistant PUR sheath as TRVVP-PUR, featuring high/low temperature resistance, oil resistance, and weather resistance. Its hydrolysis resistance is specially optimized (after aging for 1000 hours in an environment of 85℃ and 85% humidity, the tensile strength retention rate is ≥80%), suitable for humid environments (e.g., food processing workshops, sewage treatment equipment).
Lightweight Design: Compared with shielded TRVVP-PUR, it is 15% lighter and has 20% lower bending resistance, making it more suitable for small towline systems (e.g., collaborative robots, small assembly lines) and easier to install.
Multiple Specifications Available: Core cross-sections cover 0.1mm² to 150mm², supporting 1-80 core customization. Power cores and control cores can be combined on demand to reduce the number of cables.

Product Applications:Its sheath is made of PUR material, featuring excellent oil resistance, wear resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance. It is suitable for high-speed towline systems and control units requiring bending, such as high-speed picking equipment and laser cutting machines. In laser cutting machines, cables need to frequently move and bend with the cutting head. The high flexibility and wear resistance of TRVV-PUR cables can meet this demand, while their oil resistance and chemical corrosion resistance can adapt to various liquids and chemicals that may be encountered during the cutting process.
