Top-Tier Sheath Performance: The sheath uses imported weather-resistant polyurethane (PUR), enabling operation in a wide temperature range of -30℃~+100℃ (remains flexible at low temperatures, with no cracks when bent at -30℃). Its UV aging resistance reaches Grade 8 of ISO 4892-3, allowing direct use in outdoor exposure environments (e.g., port machinery, outdoor track robots).
Enhanced Shielding and Protection: The shield is made of tinned copper braid (corrosion-resistant). The sheath thickness is increased by 20% compared to ordinary TRVVP, with an impact strength of 15kJ/m², capable of resisting gravel impact and mechanical rolling (withstanding 500N pressure for a short time without damage).
Long-Life Design: Passes 20 million bending tests. The conductor uses high-purity oxygen-free copper (copper content 99.99%), suitable for equipment with high-frequency and long-cycle operation.
