The cross-section of power cores is matched according to motor power; the twisting pitch of encoder wire pairs is precisely controlled to ensure ultra-low latency of position feedback signals.
Low Impedance and Anti-Interference: The conductor uses high-purity oxygen-free copper; insulation uses specially modified PVC or high-frequency-resistant PE materials; the total shield is aluminum foil wrapping + copper braid (full coverage), which can resist EMI generated by high-frequency switching of servo motors.
Bending Resistance and Reliability: The sheath is made of specially modified PVC, nitrile composite, or TPU, adapting to the vibration environment of frequent start-stop of servo motors. The operating temperature range is -40℃~+105℃.
