Structure & Material Characteristics:
"B" indicates wiring application; "YJ" stands for cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation, which is temperature-resistant (90-125℃), high-voltage-resistant (adapting to 600V-10KV), and has better anti-aging performance than ordinary PVC insulation.
"V" refers to polyvinyl chloride (PVC) sheath, with basic wear resistance and scratch resistance; "R" means the conductor is multi-strand flexible copper (Class 5/6), featuring good flexibility for bending and cabling.
"P" represents a tinned copper wire braided shield layer (braiding density ≥80%), which can effectively resist electromagnetic interference (EMI) generated by equipment such as motors and inverters, ensuring stable power supply.
Environmental Adaptability: The combination of insulation and sheath can withstand oil pollution and humidity in industrial environments. Some models pass flame retardant tests (e.g., GB/T 19666), adapting to high-temperature working conditions of new energy energy storage cabinets and industrial high-voltage equipment.
