Super Tensile Strength: Integrates 2-4 galvanized aviation steel wire reinforcements with a diameter of φ1.2-5.0mm. The steel wires have high tensile strength, and the entire cable can bear the self-weight of free suspension for 80 meters, avoiding conductor breakage caused by the cable sagging due to self-weight during long-distance wiring, with strong tensile performance.
Retaining Flat and Weather-Resistant Advantages: It inherits the flat structure of YFFB to save installation space; the PVC insulation/weather-resistant sheath is resistant to mild oil pollution and humidity, adapting to outdoor open-air equipment (such as port gantry cranes); it has excellent wear resistance and can better resist high-frequency scratching with metal brackets.
Stability in Dynamic Scenarios: The conductor uses Class 5 flexible copper wires. With the support of steel wire reinforcements, it still maintains stable electrical performance under the combined working conditions of "tension + bending" (such as traveling crane traveling).
