Product Features:
Conductor: Class 5 stranded tinned annealed copper, delivering stable conductivity and outstanding flexibility for easy routing in complex layouts.
Insulation & Sheath: Double-layer cross-linked XLPO (LSZH). It resists UV rays, ozone, hydrolysis, acid, alkali and salt corrosion, enabling long-term outdoor operation under all weather conditions.
Temperature Rating: Continuous operating temperature ranges from -40℃ to +90℃; peak temperature up to +120℃ for short circuit conditions (20,000 hours).
Voltage Rating: 0.6/1kV for AC; 1500V DC, with maximum withstand voltage up to 1800V DC.
Safety Performance: Halogen-free and low-smoke, flame-retardant to IEC 60332-1, producing no toxic fumes during combustion. Certified by TÜV Rheinland to EN 50618, and compliant with CE, RoHS and REACH regulations.
Mechanical Properties & Service Life: Abrasion-resistant and impact-resistant, approved for direct burial. Designed for a service life of 25 to 40 years, matching the full lifecycle of photovoltaic power stations.
Size Range: Single-core: 1.5 ~ 240mm²; Twin-core: 1.5 ~ 35mm². Standard colours: red and black.
Product Applications:
Primarily used for DC connections in photovoltaic systems, including interconnection between solar modules, wiring from string arrays to combiner boxes, and from combiner boxes to inverters. It is also applicable to AC wiring between inverters and power grids. Widely adopted in large-scale ground-mounted power stations, rooftop distributed PV systems, residential solar projects, energy storage systems and EV charging facilities. The cable can be installed indoors, outdoors, in conduits, on cable trays, or directly buried underground. It is ideal for photovoltaic projects worldwide that require EN 50618 and TÜV certification.
