Strong Corrosion & Pollution Resistance: The sheath is made of special PUR or neoprene rubber that is acid-alkali-resistant and microbial-resistant, resisting erosion from garbage leachate, industrial slag acid-alkali solutions, and port salt fog. It remains free from sheath cracking and swelling during long-term use, with a smooth surface for easy cleaning to prevent poor heat dissipation caused by dirt accumulation.
Upgraded Torsion & Tensile Resistance: Adopts a "torsion-resistant stranding structure + double-layer tensile components" (inner aramid yarn + outer galvanized steel wire) with high tensile strength. It adapts to the frequent torsional movements (±50°/m torsion angle) of grabbers during opening/closing, while withstanding the dual tension from grab self-weight and material weight.
Balanced Weather & Oil Resistance: Withstands a temperature range of -30℃~100℃, adapting to outdoor open-air operations (e.g., port grabbers) and high-temperature workshop environments (e.g., slag cranes). The sheath has excellent oil resistance, tolerating hydraulic oil leakage from the grab hydraulic system and preventing sheath aging caused by oil pollution.

Application Scenarios:Suitable for garbage cranes, steel mill slag cranes, and port bulk cargo grabbers, withstanding harsh environments such as acid-alkali, oil pollution, and salt fog, and used for grab opening/closing and lifting.
