High Flexibility for Repeated Bending & Winding: The conductor uses multi-strand ultra-fine finely stranded copper wires (complying with IEC 60228 Class 5/6 standards) with thin single wires and tight stranding. Combined with elastic sheaths like TPE or polyurethane, it remains crack-free even at low temperatures (-30℃). The bending radius can be as low as 6-10 times the cable outer diameter, withstanding over 500,000 reciprocating windings and preventing conductor breakage or sheath cracking that often occurs in conventional cables after frequent bending.
Tensile Resistance, Wear Resistance & High Mechanical Strength: Built-in high-strength tensile components (e.g., galvanized steel wires, aramid yarns) prevent cable breakage due to self-weight or tension during reel winding/unwinding (especially suitable for cranes with vertical lifting heights over 30 meters). The sheath is mostly made of highly wear-resistant PUR material, resisting friction from reel grooves and guide wheels, as well as collision and scratching during material handling.
Strong Weather Resistance: Withstands a wide temperature range (-30℃~100℃), adapting to low-temperature outdoor environments in northern regions or high-temperature workshop scenarios. The sheath is oil-resistant, acid-alkali-resistant, and salt-fog-resistant, suitable for harsh environments such as port humid salt fog, metallurgical workshop oil pollution, and acid-alkali corrosion from garbage grabbers, maintaining stable performance during long-term use.
